Reminders to move aren't working on my Luxe

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have "Reminders to Move" turned on for every day for 10 hours each day.  I have never received an alarm when I haven't reached 250 steps in an hour.  I have contacted customer support numerous times, but they don't seem to know what this feature is.  Is this feature really available, and if so, how do I get it to work?  If anyone has a suggestion for a better tracker, please let me know.

Do you get any other notifications, such as for texts?  If not, make sure you are not in Sleep Mode and don't have Do Not Disturb turned on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @DoubleDare. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our services into consideration.

As @JohnnyRow has pointed out, this sounds like the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode (Quiet Modes) could be turned on in your quick settings, since both of these options prevent the device from receiving notifications, reminders to move or celebrations. If you haven't done so already, please make sure these feature are disabled in your settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

In addition, I suggest restarting your Fitbit device by following these steps

In none of the above works, please try setting up your Luxe as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. Then repeat the restart procedure and set up notifications to check if they're working properly.

Thank you for the input.  Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb are turned off.  I get notifications when I've met my step goal, when I've reached 10 out of 10 hours for 250 steps or more, etc.  I have reset my Luxe multiple times and removed and set up the Luxe as a new device.  None of these steps have worked.  This is the reason I reached out to the community.  Again, any help would be appreciated.  If this feature does exist, I should be able to use it.

Again, thank you for the reply.  I have followed all your suggestions, but nothing is working.  If this feature is really available on the Luxe, I need to be able to use is.  If you would please help me, I'd be appreciative.  Currently looking for another tracker that will provide the information I want.
