Luxe won't turn on or charge

I have a new fitbit Luxe and I'm on day 14 of using it. It was working perfectly until I just put it on charge (it was at 49% last time it synced)- when I went to check back after about 20 mins, the screen was blank and it won't turn on or respond. 

I've cleaned the sensor, pressed the button on the charger 3 times and waited, tried to charge it on my laptop instead, checked sockets and nothing is working. What are my next steps? Has anyone else fixed this issue?

I am having the same issue.  I have had my fitbit luxe for about a year now, it was at 11%, I charged it and now I have a blank screen.  I get a white rectangle when I tap it, but it is blank.   I have cleaned the fitbit, and the charger.  I have tried the re-set several times, as instructed per help conversation.   Also, I charged it fully this morning, and now it is already down to 72%.   Also, my phone app keeps updating, so somehow I am still connected even though the fitbit screen is blank.  

I was told this from my online conversation this morning: 

from here, since we have already exhausted all the troubleshooting steps, I suggest monitoring it within the day. And if the same issue still persists, please contact us again using the case number XXXXX050.
