Hi,
For two days, the Luxe will not sync or setup with my phone.
Here is what I did:
Downloaded the App. (Did not want to do, but did)
clicked Set Up a device
Told me I needed to get the update.
No update software was available.
Made sure Bluetooth was on.
Tried to do it on my Mac
Updated the old Fitbit software.
Turned on Bluetooth.
Could not find set up device.
What am I doing wrong? Should I return it?

Hi there, @laddybug3. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
First of all, as @Odyssey13 has mentioned, please note you need a compatible Android phone, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.
For more information about supported devices and operating systems, please see www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. In order to find your OS, please follow @Apples_e's step-by-step.

Hi @laddybug3 what phone do you have - the operating system is important to be at least Android 8 or iOS 13. You cannot set these new devices up on computers.
Best Answer@laddybug3 you should be able to find out the operating system of your phone. I use Android and there are settings that give information on what you're using.
laddybug3, go to your settings on your iphone. Tap on 'General' and then tap on 'About'. That will tell you what software version you are running on your iphone 🙂
