My fitbit luxe is not pairing with the Bluetooth on my samsung phone and is not syncing in the app anymore. Its been like this for a week. I've turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted phone, restarted fitbit, deleted and downloaded app again ect. Basically I've done everything on the help article they reccomend and yet nothing has worked. My headphones connect with Bluetooth on my phone still so i dont think that is the problem. Has anyone else faced this, what can I do?

Hi there, @amigetsfit. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is syncing not syncing nor connecting to your phone's Bluetooth despite all the steps you've done so far. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you sort this out!
In addition to the troubleshooting steps attempted, I suggest trying the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Before trying the above, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
