Hello,
I've tried all of the troubleshooting from fitbit however my phone is stuck on the wrong date and time, won't sync to my phone and my when i try to reconnect after turning the bluetooth on and off, my phone can no longer find the luxe bluetooth connection.
please help

Can you publicly post what “issue” you all are currently experiencing? I am so over this Luxe device and wanting to switch to Apple or something else. Every day is hit or miss with the syncing of my sleep cycles. It started with your new software a couple years ago. It was great before that. This thing is really just useless to wear.
