My experience with Luxe

I have had a Fitbit since 2016, and it was great!   I am on my second luxe now and I have had nothing but problems.  They seem to have started when Google bought them.  When I charge the luxe, it won’t pair afterwards and I have to call support.  Very frustrating.  Tired of this.  Going to the dark side….

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation you're having with your second Luxe. I'm so sorry to hear that after all these years your Luxe won't sync properly.

Can you please check if you have the most recent version of the Fitbit App? A few days ago we released a new version of the Fitbit app.
