My luxe doesn’t show any notifications of texts or emails even though it is set up. My luxe doesn’t sync on its own

anymore - any ideas why?

Hi there, @Pagemcp. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe.

As @Gr4ndp4 has mentioned, the notifications may've stopped working due to your Luxe is not syncing. Once you manage to sync your Fitbit device, the notification should start working again too. Please take a look at the help articles shared in the post above.

However, if you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If your Luxe starts syncing again, but the notifications are still not coming through, make sure that either DND nor sleep mode are not enable. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hi, @Pagemcp, welcome to the community, may I suggest you review these articles How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? , How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I suspect that the absence of notifications is down to the failure to sync. Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers
