Hi, @Matt21190 , I find the quickest way to force a sync is to log out of your Fitbit app and then log back in again (but be sure you know your Fitbit account email address and password). The next simplest step is to give your Fitbit a restart . You will not lose any data by giving your Fitbit a restart and it can be a very effective first troubleshooting step.
If neither of those steps works, you will find some other tips on troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync in this help article .
Please note that sync problems are not unusual and often resolve themselves spontaneously without your doing anything at all, but I appreciate they can be frustrating. You will not lose any data even if your Fitbit does not sync for days. I would suggest ignoring any instructions to remove a non-syncing Fitbit from your account except as a very last resort - if it won’t sync, quite often it also won’t reconnect to the account, and then you have an even bigger problem!

Matt,
I was having problems syncing mu Luxe as well. I followed all the instructions. I decided the one thing I had not done yet was to restart my phone. I did that and now my Luxe is synching.

I understand the directions you give here @Julia_G but the Fitbit Luxe product should not have this type of ridiculous delay in syncing. My other 2 Fitbits never took as long to sync as the Luxe version does.

I tried everything in that article and still can't sync...

The only way for my Luxe to sync to my Samsung Galaxy A42 is to restart the phone. I don't want to be doing that every day. It's annoying when this used to be automatic and without issue. I've done ALL the troubleshooting steps at least twice this week.

Thank you for the suggestion to restart my phone, as well as restarting my luxe. It was the one thing I had not tried and it worked.
