Luxe won't sync

When  I try to contact Fitbit it keeps saying error occurred.  Try again,  which I have lots of times! Please help! Battery is fully charged

Hi there, @LynHillier. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not syncing. I'll do my best to help you to sort this out!

On a side note, I'd like to confirm if by "When  I try to contact Fitbit it keeps saying error occurred" you're referring to the Fitbit app or did you try reaching out to our Support Team
