Luxe won't turn on

My Luxe showed "charged on 53%" . I put it in a charger, the device started charging, but when I came back to it later, it was dead. The screen is black, no response. I tried resetting it several times according to the instructions, it did not help. On the web also no advice. Anyone, please?

I left my Luxe in the charger, after several hours tried to reset it again (I told myself, just one more time won't hurt), and surprise, surprise - it became alive again. The display showed that it was fully charged, but the time was awkward - as it the Luxe were in a kind of coma (several hours were missed). However, it pretty quickly corrected itself and no data were lost. Just a note, before it went dead, I checked the updates. They were ok, no new ones were needed. Good luck!

P.S. Did you try to reset it? There's a flat button on the cord, you press it three times with long pauses between them, and wait a little. It might help.
