Luxe won't turn on

So I just got a luxe watch and I've only used it for 3 days. This morning I put it to charge when suddenly, it shut down and it won't turn on. I tried restarting my phone, clicking the button on the charging cable and it still DIDNT work. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Best Regards, YB4u

Hi there, @Yb4u. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
