Luxe won't turn on

My Fitbit luxe won’t turn on. I woke this am to charge it but it won’t connect or turn on. It’s only a few months old. My app says it’s at 55%. I Google troubleshooting. It said to restart in the settings but there is no restart to hit.

please HELP!!!!

Hi there, @ShariK70. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

To restart your Luxe, please follow @SteveH's directions. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
