Hi, @Lenannedez , it sounds like your Luxe did not fully sync. I would recommend trying the sync again a couple of times.
It is also worth checking your time zone in the app to make sure that it is correct. From the opening screen of the app click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the Account screen. On the Account screen scroll down to find App settings and click on that. Check that your time zone is correct. If not toggle automatic time zone to off and update to the correct time zone. You can then turn auto time zone back on again if you want. Whenever you make any changes in the app be sure to sync your Fitbit.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Hi there, @Lenannedez. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
As @Julia_G has mentioned and recommended, your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
