Manually Logged Activity Deleting After Entry

Every time I manually enter an activity it disappears right away. I thought it had to do with an old fitbit as I had the Charge 2 since 2017. I bought the Luxe and it arrived today, but no change. Manually added activities do not save for me. i logged out and deleted the app then restarted my phone, but there has been no change.

I've had the same problem for a while. I guess the Fitbit overwrites the app? Very frustrating, since the Fitbit doesn't always capture an activity correctly, or sometimes runs out of battery partway through a very long hike.

This has been happening to me for over 2 weeks now. Adds it on and then takes it straight off again. Get another reason to look at other brands!

Any news on this? My Fitbit is of little use to me if I can't manually log my workout.

Absolutely nothing. Mine pretty useless now too. I’m gutted and very annoyed no one has acknowledged that it’s not fixed.

Got an Fitbit app update from the Play Store tonight, but it didn't fix this yet. Sigh.
