Hello,
I have returned my luxe device to Fitbit hub and they have initiated refund via wire transfer to my bank account. They told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get the money in my bank account and that is too much waiting time involved. And I want to buy a new sense 2 with that money and by adding extra money too but Fitbit still says wait for 4 to 5 weeks. And I am totally stressed out and frustrated..
Can anything can be done to expedite ? As far as I know international wire transfer takes only minimum 1day and maximum 5days but I don’t understand why they need that much long time.
Can anyone share their experience on how much time it takes for refund through wire transfer ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone know how long Fitbit takes for a refund via wire transfer to India bank account?
Fitbit says 4 to 5 weeks. Can it be sooner like 3 days too?

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I have already tried all those chat email, twitter, phone sooo many times.., but they still say they can’t expedite the refund. It should be a SWIFT transfer and should not take more than a day, but they need 4 to 5 weeks

@SunsetRunner seems you already got your answer and there is nothing to be done to make it happen faster. Sorry, but it looks like you'll just need to wait it out.
