My luxe is recording my hrv as 0

For the past two weeks, my luxe has been recording my HRV as 0. Ive restarted and removed it from my app and readded it. I can’t figure out why it is doing this. Thanks!

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe has been recording your heart rate value as 0. This is not the experience we want for our customers and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

May I suggest you to restart the heart rate sensors of your Luxe? To do so, please follow the steps shown here: 

  1. On the screen of your tracker, go to "Settings"
  2. Swipe down and select "Heart Rate"
  3. Switch from On to Off
  4. Synchronize your Luxe (How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?)
  5. Switch from Off to On
  6. Synchronize again your Luxe (How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?)

After performing the above procedure, we ask you to restart your Luxe by following the steps below:How do I restart my Fitbit device?
