How do I set up a sleep schedule and set alarms on my Luxe?

Hello all,

I am trying step up my Fitbit sleep. I need to set my sleep schedule. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. I need to set up a alam to wake me at a specific time in the sleep cycle and go back to sleep & recording again. Example: bedtime 9:30 pm, wake: 12:30AM (interruption), 12:35 AM back sleep, wake: 4:00 AM

Thank you

Hi @Jam41  just to be sure you've done everything, read this - click - article about notifications. Your phone has to be a minimum of Android 8 or iOS 12.

Thankyou, I have already been through and done all that. I did update my phone earlier today thinking that might be it but it is not. Like I said all notifications from FB messenger, whats app, teamsnap are all coming through except for text messages. So wierd

See if customer support can help you. The chat option is said to be fastest and it's available when someone is there.

OMG I just went through it one more time just in case I missed something - I had my text messages show preview to off - (even though all my notifications were set to on and my phone gets the notification) so now it works!!! Thank you.

I can't get it to work either. I have done all of these steps. Call notifications work fine, but texts do not. I'm about to return this stupid thing, I'm so beyond frustrated.

Hi @jwalder  sometimes it is easy to skip a step and not realize it. It can also be the phone's operating system or the app version causing a problem. Try the steps listed in my link above and see if you can't get the notifications.
