New Fitbit Luxe on charge cable, shows full charge, It's cycling down arrow then Logo then Download fitness app.
Tap screen, screen goes blank, Sometimes starts recycling above sequence again.
Tap screen or swipe sometimes no response.no response!
Tried reset button on charge cable, no response.
Any ideas? Thanks Brian

Hi @ProFlex,
You need to download the app and turn your BT ON. You can use the same credentials to log in on the app that you used to make the account you used to post on here. Once you log in, tap the picture in the upper left. This will take you to your Account Settings. Next, tap "Set Up A New Device" and find "Luxe". From there. follow the prompts. Once the Luxe is finished with the setup, that screen should go away.

Thanks for the info. I had some problems loading the app, mostly applestore with password problems and some Fitbit but now I loaded everything ok and it's running well now. will take it Skiing tomorrow!!!
