No Measurements for Heart-rate after update

I've owned a fitbit Luxe for about a year now, but for about 3 months I had to set aside my luxe. Battery Died, an Update came along etc...

Today I recharged the Luxe, resynced with my new phone, (Previous phones were moto g power (20 & 21), now a moto g power 2022) everything works, BUT the hate rate page now showing NO MEASUREMENTS. I tried troubleshooting with the instructions on this link (previous post)  with no good results. Restarted multiple times, I even restarted the Luxe. Still same, No measurements. 

I've deleted the app, cleared the cache, restarted everything multiple times. Nothing. 

I did notice one thing, the app is NOT getting the resting heart rate from the luxe. The luxe is catching the resting heart-rate.

Minor clarification to post title: looks to me that you are getting measurement for heart rate as shown on picture on your Fitbit, and heart rate is getting to phone app, but apparently just not getting displayed on one of the pages of your phone app.

Guess i should of posted this to further clarify I getting no measurements on one of the pages.

So i found out that the fitbit luxe needs to have enough time / data to give a measurement. I suspected this in the beginning and I still dont know if that was how it was fixed, but its working again.
