Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

Just got my luxe today when I set it up and did a notification test it worked but now it won't so I am not receiving notifications of text etc have paired and unpaired with Bluetooth reset but nothing is working I am using an android phone

@Ultrahr It seems like you may have either DND or sleep mode enable. When the do not disturb setting is on:

 

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

 

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings.

 

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

 

Hope that does the trick for you.

I have an iPhone and have the same issue. It worked fine to start with and then yesterday it just stopped notifying me of phone calls and texts. I’ve had nothing but issues with the Luxe, wish I’d saved my money and not bought it.

I have an iPhone 12 on iOS 14.6. Nothing works properly with the Luxe, sheer waste of money so far, never been more disappointed in a product.

Have force stopped app and recycled still doesn’t work have restarted luxe have re paired to Bluetooth - nothing works very disappointed as this is an important feature to me

Still getting no notification nothing ehrn I hit my step target no texts or calls no movement reminders basically notifications on my news luxe that I only got yesterday are working and nothing is resolving the issue very frustrated - it needs sorting asap!!

Omg yhsbk you so much dad was off but sleep mode was on I hsve turned sleep mode off and am now getting notifications 

 

I have been so frustrated 

 

Is it OK to have sleep mode off all the time will it still record my sleep?

Please bear in mind that sleep mode is recommended if you don't want to be disturbed during your sleep; otherwise, is not necessary to have it enabled. Your sleep data will be still registered whether sleep mode is enabled or not. For more information, see How do I track sleep with my Fitbit device? 

 

However, there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

 

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking.
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Hey there- I can’t get txt notifications or mindful moment or drink water notifications. Phone Calls and calendar notifications Atkins come through. I’ve called and chatted for help multiple times and have done all the suggestions and nothing has changed. I actually bought 2 devices and both have the same problem. Would love some help

HiI had the same issue and no one could help until someone in the community told me to turn off sleep mode now all notifications work!It will not affect your sleep reading Also make sure dnd is off Hope this sorts it for you Sent from my Galaxy

@Avnees Are you missing iMessages only? If so, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

Hi there-

Did those steps and started getting notifications for iMessage for one day, after that no notifications, now I’m not even getting call notifications whereas before I was! Any other help would be greatly appreciated!

Got my Luxe over the weekend after using a Charge 4 for a year. It's synched up fine to the app on my android phone, but I'm not getting any notifications at all. The DND is not on, it's not in sleep mode, I've got all the notifications turned on, but nothing. No notifications from phone (although I don't care so much about that), but I'm not getting the hourly notification at 10 'til to get in more steps, or, when I've hit 250 steps, the notification that I did it.
