Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

New Fitbit Luxe that won’t receive notifications, so I can’t get text on mine. Thinking about returning. I’ve troubleshot every way I know how.

Hi, yes I did. I’ve been working on it all day. Talked to support, etc. Deleted the app and reinstalled. But I just now figured it out and deleted my luxe within the Fitbit app and reinstalled my new Fitbit Luxe and paired again and now it’s working, ugh!  Long day…

@Donna_68  sometimes these little gadgets or any new toy we have will take some time to learn. I'm glad you stuck with it and got it going.
