Notifications are not coming through my Luxe

My luxe is not receiving alerting me of messages/notifications. I’ve tried everything I have read and still not working. Spent hours trying to sort it. Help!! 😩 Close to giving up and returning.

Hi there, @NickyLBrown18. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you, may I know if you've recently gotten your Luxe? If so, please note since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

I to am no longer receiving notifications from my luxe and tried every fix I can find. It used to vibrate when I reached my goal steps it used to vibrate when I had moved for 30 minutes it used to notify me of text messages. now I can’t find anywhere on the device or in the app how to make notifications reappear. I don’t know what changed that made this occur. I don’t understand your reply too The original center of this message

My luxe no longer shows notification for text or WhatsApp either. However, bizarrely it now shows me emails although I have not asked it to and have not changed the settings at all. It's enough to make me get something else as the notifications coming through was part of my reason for getting it jn the first place.

I’ve had my Luxe for about a month. A few days ago it started doing very long low vibrations at random times for no reason and the screen just showed the clock. Now I’m not getting notifications (vibrate) for calls, texts, emails, steps, reminders to move etc…. I’ve tried ALL the troubleshooting steps with no improvement

I have the same problem. Can you tell me if you find out what to do? I spent over an hour trying everything.

My guess is that since the company has changed the Fitbit app and is trying to get us all to pay the monthly charge for premium access, they no longer allow these basic needs for those not on premium.
Are any of you on Premium and having this issue?
We haven't gotten a good answer from them, and you would think they are reviewing our comments on this blog.
I'm disappointed!
