So I see all the complaints and I have had this for almost 24 hours. I haven’t really had any problems. The swiping is fine, it tracked my sleep and gave me a score. The heart rate is accurate next to my Apple Watch on the other wrist. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to come back down than it takes for my Apple Watch. So far, the only negative is it advertised as reading spo2 and shouldn’t be an update. They have had this technology in their other Fitbits so why isn’t this standard and have to wait for a firmware? I could have stayed with my Fitbit charge 4 and received an spo2 readin last night. If this doesn’t come for a while I’ll be taking this back to Best Buy since I am an elite member and have 45 days. Fingers crossed because I also love the looks of it better than my Fitbit Charge 4 as it is more comfortable and can’t even hardly feel it on my wrists. Also, for those complaining about the the charge not sure if they got a defective one I put it on the charger at 600 am and it got up to 95 percent. 5 hours later I’m at 90 but I have been using it and experimenting with it so that would explain a 5 percent depletion in battery life. I hope the firmware comes quick. Please Fitbit! I need the spo2!!!! That is why I purchased it.

Can we get an estimate when the firmware update will be for spo2 readings so I don’t have to take this back if it is soon? If it is not for another month or so I might repurchase it.
