I'm having an issue setting up my Versa 2 as well. I have a Luxe fitbit on my app on my phone and now I receive a message that I cannot set up 2 devices on my phone app. What???? I rotate my 2 devices and they were synced with my phone less than a month ago. I am totally frustrated with this. Suggestions?

Both of those devices use the Gallery, so you won't be able to have both devices on the app.at the same time.
With older devices it was possible to have 2 devices , as long as only one used the Gallery, or neither used it.

You cannot have 2 devices that use the Gallery on the app at the same time. You need to setup the 2nd device as a new device, which will remove the 1st device.
What 2 devices did you have on the app before trying to add the Versa 2?

I only had the LUXE on the app.When I added the VERSA 2, it kicked the LUXE watch off.
