The fitbit is not starting. even after charging. A red circle with white cross appears. I have literally tried everything from re-starting with help of the charger but nothing seems to be working. While charging at times the fitbit logo appears but after that there is a blank screen. After keeping it for charging for a while a red circle with white cross appears. the device seems to be vibrating when kept on charge. So somethings are working but it is unable to start. Can somebody help me out. how do I restart by fitbit again or factory reset it without turning it on.
I am also sharing a picture of what is appearing on the screen.
