Screen responsiveness

I have had many Fitbit’s over the years and I am fairly disappointed so far with this one. Is anyone else finding that when they raise their arm to look at the time or a notification it won’t illuminate and you need to practically hit it to get the screen to light up? Also moving between screens often doesn’t work? Notifications also seem to work intermittently.

Any solution or reason for this yet...I currently cannot swipe through my screen.  Just got it 2 days ago!

I keep having to do the power cord reset.  I put the charger on the lux, wait 1-3 minutes, then do the button reset method (no data loss with this method.  I'm now having to do this daily, and sometimes more than once a day.  I'm in contact with support, as watch is under warranty, so I'm thinking I want to exchange this with another one that hopefully isn't deffective.   So is it software issue or a physical defect, Iwonder?

Mine has switched from auto to manual which means a (very) firm tap or 2 to be able to view the time. I don’t know how this happened but the most annoying thing is that I can’t switch it back to auto🤬🤬🤬
