I have Fitbit luxe that I want to use for an interval workout. When I select that exercise I can only have intervals in metres, zone minutes or calories. How can I set it so my interval workout is in “normal” minutes? I want to run 3 mins, walk 1 minute then repeat without constantly looking at my watch or phone. Thanks

@cazzalouise68 That metres, zone minutes, calories setting you are seeing is a goal setting that is completely optional. You make your interval settings in the Fitbit app. Tap on your devices/battery icon in the upper left > Luxe > Exercise shortcuts > Interval workout. Set your move (run), rest (walk), and number of reps. Sync your Luxe. Some users are saying that their move and rest intervals are reversed on their exercise details on the Fitbit app, but on different devices. I don't have my Luxe on my account right now, so I can't confirm. In addition, connected GPS is available for this. Swipe up on the exercise settings on the Luxe screen (farther than the goal) to toggle GPS on.
