Hi, @SunsetRunner this issue was reported some months ago but was resolved. Please make sure that you have the most up to date version of the app and then sync your Luxe.
It is also always worth giving your Fitbit a restart whenever it is not behaving as expected. Instructions are here

Best AnswerI did all that even uninstalled app and reinstalled app. Waiting on Fitbit support to figure out the problem.
