Sleep data not being fully recorded I sleep many more hours than what is shown

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.
Whether you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.55 for iOS and 3.56 for Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please check this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If necessary, you can edit your sleep logs. For instructions, please visit this site and open the menu "How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?".

Having same issue. I called support 7 days ago and then again 2 days ago. I was told I would get an email both times and still nothing.
I've followed all of the steps: heart rate on/off, restart, software updates...
