My Fitbit Luxe still track sleep data on device normally. While I was trying to sync sleep data on iOS app, I found that all my sleep data from day 1 has gone, no sleep data at all. Other data e.g. steps, exercise, still sync normally.
I have tried re-sync, unpaired-paired the device, restarted both fitbit and iPhone and delete iOS app and re-download fitbit app. But none methods above seemed to work for me. Also, I have tried downloading fitbit on android and paired the device, all sleep data appears like normal!
How to fix to my sleep data on iOS app?
