Thank you for replying! I see my sleep hours and wake time. The Fitbit says it is not recording the sleep stages (deep light) and recommends I wear the band higher up which I am doing.

Hi @barnard74,

 

How long have you had the device?  Usually it takes a few nights for the device to get used to your sleep patterns.

 

Also, Sleep Stages are only available to Premium members, such as myself.  Are you a Premium member?  There is a trial you can try if you're not sure about committing to the price.
