Hello! 
I was wondering why blood oxygen  level monitor is not available in Bahrain? Even if i updated to the latest version. It is a crucial feature that should be provided for all fitbit users around the world!

Hello @AMubarak and welcome to the Community.  SpO2 tracking is a medically regulated feature and isn't available in all countries.  It needed US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval to be released in the US.  It must be approved by the equivalent regulatory body in Bahrain.
