My Luxe has all the issues described by thousands of users on this forum - blacks out, turns off & had to be reset by plugging in the charger.
it is a KNOWN fault that Google is choosing not to solve. It’s unacceptable that I should be told to buy a replacement watch when mine is 2.5yrs old AND Google have an update available that can ‘fix the bugs’ but have chosen to not make it available to my device.
If you have a Luxe and are experiencing the same issues - jump on this thread and let Google know they should sort it out. Purposefully withholding an update to make more profit is a disgrace when I’ve paid for my device and the only reason it doesn’t work is because of an update they made!

@LauraFBLuxe I apologize if I misread what you wrote. The current firmware for the Luxe is 194.91. I saw a post that said it was released to all users. I don't wear my Luxe every day, but I got the update quite a while ago. Please contact Support if you need the current firmware.

Wholeheartedly agree. I've been patient and wasted numerous hours. I really like my Luxe when it worked but I'm not getting the update for fix. I don't plan on spending hours on phone with support. Looking at other options outside of fitbit. Been a customer for over 8 years but need immediate fix or I'm gone after 2 weeks of waiting.

I spoke to ‘support’ this morning before my post. I was told there is a new firmware version, but it had not been sent to my device.
When I asked why, I was told because of the age of my watch & it was recommended that I replace my watch by purchasing a new one.
The Luxe has numerous bugs that make the device unusable. They are well documented, by many on the community forums.
Fitbit/Google should be good enough to deal with them by issuing the fix rather than pushing people to buy a replacement.

@LauraFBLuxe That answer from Support just doesn't make sense to me. The Google Store still has some Gorjana Luxe models for sale. In my opinion, all firmware updates should be available.
To clarify, the current Luxe firmware is 194.91. I will flag this post to get moderator help if either you or @Waltodm are still waiting for this version.

I have this version and my luxe won't sync. Tried all the things, restart, log out, Bluetooth off/on. Still says thank you for your patience while we work on this issue.
