Text messages not readable on Luxe

Hello, I feel like I have done all the troubleshooting I can to read my texts on my new Luxe and I cannot read them. The luxe just says new message. I cannot read the message nor does it say who it's from. It just says new message. When I swipe to to get to the message, my only options are to "open" or "clear ".  Please help! I have Samsung 20 Ultra

Hi, @DeborahRN , I don’t have the Luxe, so can’t comment for sure,  yet have you tried choosing “open” to see your message?

Yes, when I "open" the message it just clears the alert from my phone. It doesn't actually say what the message is.

Have you checked that your text messages setting has "push text"

Checked? Click on message app, the 3 dots,settings....I have samsung note 10+..just an idea.

Thats a good idea however I don't see push text as an option. Hmm

You're amazing!! It must have been a weird setting. While I couldn't find the push notifications option, I played w some other ones and now it works!! Problem solved 🥰
