My Luxe weekly report seems to be missing information for this past Sunday, April 9 (13,486 steps); Saturday, March 25 (4,078 steps) and Sunday, March 26 (4,078 steps). Why does this happen?

Hi, @MariGreenFit , could it have gone into your junk email box? Sometimes messages that normally get delivered go into my junk! I am never sure why, all of a sudden…. I can confirm that I am getting my usual weekly progress report, so I think it is working normally.
I would suggest checking your junk folder and keeping an eye out for it in the coming weeks.
