What happened to editing of steps in the app?

In previous Fitbit apps I thought I was able to edit number of steps. Did they take it out ... or am I mistaken?

Since Fitbit won't let me sync my Inspire 2 and Luxe to the same account easily, I thought I'd just keep the Luxe tied to the account and on days I wore my Inspire 2 I would just add the steps manually. If I can't do that, that only adds insult to the injury of not being able to use 2 Fitbit watches easily with the same account.

Thank you for the solution. That works, though I am quite surprised and disappointed that you can't actually log or edit the steps -- you have to make entries in terms of miles walked. I think most people using fitbits track their steps rather than miles walked. So, the developers of the app are asking us to change our way of thinking. It's an adjustment for me.

I also think that most people would not know how to edit the miles walked by simple navigation of the app. The software developers have done a poor job of making the app user-friendly and intuitive.

Sorry if I sound a little sour, but I am. I give my new Fitbit Luxe a 10/10. I really like it. I give the current state of the mobile app a 6/10. So that's 10/10 for the hardware and 6/10 for the software.

OK, I think there is a serious flaw here. I can add distance walked to a certain day, but I can't delete an entry once added? For example, if I want to add 1 mile for a certain day but accidentally put in 10 instead of 1, there is no way to correct that???

Surely there must be a way to correct an entry incorrectly added.  Does anyone know what that is?

Nevermind my last post. I saw that one can delete an activity entry from the online dashboard using a web browser. But one should be able to do it right in the mobile app.
