When will SpO2 tracking be available on Luxe?

Hi, congrats on your new product.

But I'll will have to pass for now. I'm looking for a tracker that will check my SpO2 levels. My Charge 3 was supposed to track it (later, with a software update). It never has.

Now, with the Luxe, it's later, with a software update. Again.

So, when ? Will it be free, or only for your "Premium" customers ?

Wait and see, I guess.

Is the EOV I believe it stands for estimated oxygen variation meant to be the O2 sats. If so it’s disappointing as you cannot even see what your levels are, just green and orange graph with no numbers to guide. It only seems to monitor O2 in your sleep. Not how it was sold to us

When should we expect the app for SpO2 be added to the Luxe - one of the main reasons I wanted the Luxe - I think I saw in a thread that it will show up in the apps section- when I had a chat before the individual indicates it was already there on the clock face !

I remember reading somewhere that the "real" SpO2 tracking would arrive "later this year".

I could be wrong though.

And from what I've understood, @Maureen24 , the Luxe will have a more detailed SpO2 tracking than the one you have for now.

For now, you have a "generic" tracking, it's the one I have on my Charge 3 for instance.

Again, I could be wrong, and an official answer would be appreciated.

Possibly, although this bit that records average O2 has only started appearing recently. I will be annoyed if that’s it, as I was led to believe we could monitor our O2 sats. I have 3 serious issues with my lungs, and much as it won’t replace medical advice, it would be useful

Is there any estimate on when the SPO2 app will be available??

This is not a good answer. When is later this year?

Hi there, @MVRN. Welcome to the Community Forums.

For the time being, we don't have a specific date on when will be the SpO2 feature to be available on Luxe devices. However, please note the feature is expected to come later this year.

We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.

Have a nice day.

No date from chat support.  They say it won't require premium. Screenshot for proof

Keeps saying coming soon. It was released 6 months ago. Is the oxygen tracking for sleep come yet?

I also would not think to double check specifications to assure a feature is there if that feature was heavily marketed as there.  I have been all through the posts on this topic and still cannot get a clear answer as to whether the SpO2 monitoring is or will be (it is currently Nov 2021) available in a luxe that was pre-ordered when they very first became available.  Are the most excited users that were willing to pre-order just getting left out? Or are we all in the same 'wait until x date" situation?  The so-called "best ansewr" on this chain is not helpful. Can someone from Fit it chime in and clarify/confirm?

Hi everyone and for the ones that are new to the Fitbit Community, welcome.

I've moved some of your posts to this thread so we can keep the forums organized. I'm happy to share with you that your Luxe is now able to track your SpO2 data during sleep. Please make sure your tracker is updated to the latest firmware version 1.151.16 and verify if you're located in a supported country. To learn more about this feature and how to see your data, please see this help article.

Your feedback and patience are truly appreciated. We'll keep working to improve your experience and make Fitbit more useful for you.

Have a good rest of your week. 😊
