Won't charge or turn on

Unfortunately mine suddenly ran out of battery life over night and now it won't charge.   The app says battery empty and that I need to update. But I can't do anything since it won't charge. Tried multiple charges,  outlets, uses, etc and nothing. Occasionally it will pop up and say 3% when I first try to attach the charger again but then it just dies again.

Been going on 2 days of trying now.  Can't even get a response when holding the button on the charger 3x. 

Any advise?  I've only had it a month or so.

Mine is a few years old. Lately it’s been glitchy when I charge it - it shows an incorrect time and then won’t sync. 

Today I charged it and now it won’t power up or reset. I attempted to update it this morning, but it wouldn’t connect. Hoping your fix is also my fix!

So I was resetting my incorrectly. Pressing the button the charger three times with a second pause in between finally restarted it. Now working on the update. Hope your issue was also user error 😉
