Have Luxe and need to delete data from past fitbits

Hi @lkhenne  you getting rid of your unused devices? Once they are removed from you account, none of your personal information remains on them. Your data is kept on the Fitbit servers under your unique email and password. Was that what you needed?

@lkhenne  go to the app settings (or from the website) and see what is listed on your account. You would normally only have one Fitbit on there as each one you set up removes the one before it. If there is more than one listed, you'd click on it to remove it. Once you set up the new Luxe, it should be the only Fitbit listed on your account.

It is the only Fitbit listed but all the old data show from old Fitbits still shows up

Ahh, ok @lkhenne  your history from the steps and activities will show if you use the same account. Easiest way to start fresh is a new account with a new email address. You can also just delete the old account and then start a new one with your email address.
