I love my food and really need to shed some unwanted pounds.
I always love challenges so for 2014 I thought I would aim to burn 2014 calories a day.
If I eat 1500 calories a day and keep moving, those pounds should drop off.
Fitbit has given us the tools to record our movement and log our food so this should be a simple and successful plan.
Doesn't cost you a penny on the faddy diets or shakes and you get to choose your own sensible menus.
Can fit in around diet plans if necssary.
Does anyone fancy this as a 2014 New Year Resolution?

How many hours of workout a day do you figure this is? I find I am only 5ft tall and although I need to lose weight, my calories I expend do not seem to be much. When I tracked my calorie burn on my garmin watch it would tell me I would only lose 1200 calories when I ran a half marathon. That took just over two hours. So for me, that would be what? 4 hours of exercise a day? I am at work almost 10 hours a day, five days a week...just trying to figure out how to expend that many calories realistically

Love it! I will add this to my other daily goals (10K steps, 25 stairs, 5 miles).
Happy NewYear 🙂
