I started doing 4 min workout and eating the right proportion of food every day to keep my weight consistent. However, now I have started going to the gym for doing weights but I still do 4-minute workout. I do weights for 30 mins + 4 min workout daily.
Bottom Line: All you need is only 45 mins from your schedule and you will feel healthy and happy 🙂

I like this idea, 45 minutes is possible for most people. I'm always in a hurry and I definitely think that you should work on a training program within your possibilities. So 30 minutes +4 min workout sounds very promising! 😀
