@Dominique I have the impression that we sing the same piece of music but use different instruments! Fight to convince all experts in diet refers to blood. I concentrate on the lymphatic system! If I manage to clean the lymph through movement, I will be healthy! As a complement, we have no right to starve our body. We have approximately 96.5 thousand km of capillaries and blood just 4.5 liters! When we are in stress, that in order fight or run, our body does not handle stress digestion ... even if it is only in our minds!
This thread has been quite entertaining, but in all fairness to the OP, she never suggested that she wants to eat only 880 calorie per day, or to "starve" her body. She said she has chosen the 250 calorie deficit per day plan, which is the most sensible and healthy choice for someone her size. She probably burns about 1600-1700 calories on an average day, and will probably be able to slowly and healthily lose weight by eating about about 1400 per day. She was suprised that Fitbit was telling her she could only eat 880 calories because she knew that was too little. It did not sound like she needed to be educated about healthy eating habits.
