I'm starting a 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge on January 1, 2016.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds. I previously lost 60 pounds from May 2011 through December 2012 and would like to trim down a bit more.
Anyone interested?
Track your starting weight on Day 1 and your ending weight on Day 90. This group will be here to encourage and support each other, while also holding each other accountable. Feel free to share your successes and challenges, along with any helpful tips. You can also ask questions.

Count me in! Calling for snow but as running/walking, 45sec/3min is my routine with the dog we'll work with it. I should add in my goal which is to replace lost weight with muscle and continue to tone and strengthen my body. I have been through several surgeries and my activities are somewhat limited. I put on weight after my surgery in '03, about 25 lbs and have lost that in the last few months with walking. It's a little strange since I have been walking 4 miles several times a week weather permiting and never seen a difference. I weigh 106 on digital scales and 112 on ww scales. My Dr's scales go with the low # so I'll take it. I've gone from a size 12-14 to a 8 and now a 6 since I first noticed my clothes getting loose. I am only 4'9" so really need to be 100 which means 1000 calories per day. I have always eaten clean, salt free, sugar free so it's hard to tweek my diet, I just have to make my workout more intense. I live with chronic pain and running/walking with Nora is my relief. Look forward to reading your post and your progress.

I am looking forward to losing 80+ pounds as well, I thought also this will be a great start. I know 80 pounds is alot to lose for 90 days but I did lower it to 30 pounds in 90 days. We will see and I will be happy if I can accomplish that goal or at least come close.

CSW April 1, 61.6kg (135.8 lbs) BF 35.6%
First day of resistance training today was Leg Work, today is not my weekly weigh in day which is on Saturday, but today I am up .2kg (136.3 lbs) but BF down to 32.9%, so something is shifting and no doubt the weight will follow. Keep persisting people, even when the weight doesn't seem to be shifting, very often you are still shedding inches or body fat, so persist, persist, persist, and best wishes to you all !

Long time no see, wow, what a wonderful Spring Break. Went with my family and 48 other people, marching band, to Hawaii and walked, and walked, and walked, and then walked some more. Hiked to the top of Diamond Head, I thought I was in some kind of shape until the mountain put me in my place, but I did not quit and I made it to the top. Now, I'm back home and man am I struggling to get back into my former routine. I know it will come, but not today, hopefully tomorrow. My body has had a few pains, my lower left side; hips, knees, and side, too much of something, at least now I am feeling better. I'm in for the new challenge and hope I can get back on track. Thanks Coach for putting this together again. One of these days I just might hire you to kick my butt for a month or so if I don't get my act together. I did just sign up for a "FytGym", a type of cross fit, with boxing, kick boxing, pilates/yoga, circuit training, and something else, I can't remember. So, Coach, if that does not do the trick, we are in the same city and I'll pay you to kick my tush into shape. I'm hoping it does not come to that, but if it does, get ready. Until next time folks ~ have a wonderful and blessed day.

Greetings all,
USW June 1, 2013, 84kg (185.2 lb)
CSW Apr 2, 2016 61.7kg (136 lb) BMI 25.7
CW Apr 9, 61.6kg (1358 lb)
UGW 57kg (126 lbs) BMI 23.7
I have increased both my calorie intake and calorie burn goals and though its not reflecing now (plateauing), I know it will. Two x hourly sessions of resistance training and some time on the exercise bike will certainly help.
Keep on persisting and have a great day people and an awesome weekend.

Hoping to maintain somewhere around this weight give or take a lb or two. Trying to get in more protein and using the weights (light) before my surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Thank you Nora for seeing that squirrel and taking off while still attached to my wrist. I did get a buddy system hands free leash so we will be able to continue our walks after a couple of weeks down time. Had a nice run yesterday but of course the fitbit was not charged which is a pain after 2 days and it just dies. Time to get ready for our day out. Hope everyone has a great week and gets some time outdoors!

@RubyH: I’m not sure I understand the "two hourly session". How many sessions a week do you plan to have, and what will be their average duration?
