I took a bit of a hiatus when my father law found he had lung cancer last June. Life stopped for all of us. Unfortunately, he passed away in Febraury, but I am really ready to give this a go again. My goal, honestly, is to lose weight and just feel and be healthier. I would love some new friends on the app to help cheer me on when I do good. Know it sounds weird, but it's always nice for others to be behind you rooting you on.

Glad you aren't giving up!  I'm coming back myself just bought the Aria scale so I can keep regular track (not daily but weekly) and it's motivating me! 🙂

  My grandfather passed away a few years ago due to lung cancer so i know how you feel, @SunsetRunner i really wish that virtual hugs could capture the fealing of relief that real hugs do.
