I have been wearing a 12 lb weight vest regularly, Im sure that by doing that, I am losing more calories than when when I dont.
In order to account for this, should I change my personal weight to reflect the additional pounds in my fitbit profile?

Yes, you’re burning more calories while wearing the weight west (especially when moving with it) and for the most part, your Fitbit is not aware of it. However, the impact would not be big enough to justify changing your weight in your profile IMO. Just view the extra calories burned as a bonus toward your weight loss goal. And remember the energy expenditure obtained with your Fitbit is an estimate anyway, and that there is a margin of error.

I agree with what @Dominique and @WendyB said. Do not change your weight in Fitbit.
While you are burning more calories by wearing it, the vest is not metabolically active tissue, like 12 pounds of extra bodyweight would be. It is dead weight - it does not burn calories.
If you are maintaining weight and are concerned that you will start losing while wearing the vest, I'd suggest monitoring your weight for the next few weeks. If you do see a loss that you don't want, then eat a bit more each day to compensate. The amount of weight you lose will indicate how many extra calories you should eat to offset it.
