Adjusting my Macros

Anyone know how to adjust the goals for Macro consumption? I am an Olympic Weightlifter and need more protein to support my lifting, is there a way to adjust the goals on the macronutrients to support my personal goals?

I believe you'll need to pay for Premium.

 

or free Myfitnesspal.com or other free site that syncs with Fitbit. Most have better databases anyway, and potentially easier options - hence they reason they sync in.
