Any ideas why I have such restless sleep?

Is it a sign of sleep apnea? Last night I was awake 3x and restless 26x. I am new to using the fitbit. Any advice is great, because I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep!

I am really curious about sleep patterns too.  I was awake 18 times and restless 25.  Just what is the average or the norm?
