I have always had a pudgey stomach. It went down a bit since I stopped stuffing my face with nonsense foods that my body obviously doesn't need. But, no matter how much I exercise, I can't seem to lose the belly fat. Any advice is great advice!!!! 🙂

I do russian twists, flutter kicks, and suicide planks to work my abs...It's toned my tummy quite a bit!

It also depends on your age, heredity and if you've been pregnant. But if you are youngish there are many belly blasting exercises that will help. Over fifty and sometimes we're stuck.

I do seated crabs, as I like to call them, lay on your back on something soft, while pulling your legs up to your chest swinging your arms down into the bottom and under of your rising legs; this worked real well for my belly, do as many as you can stand. Just testerday found a killer ab workout on facebook. lets see if I can post the URL

just had to try it this morning, it went well for me but I`m a man so I don`t have the hip flex that women have, had to midify it a bit; had fun though. I too am looking to get rid of the gut.
