Did you mean:

Calorie in vs calories out

I chose my calories deficit to be -1000. I assume the deficit mean (calories in - calories out.) In the picture you can see that I clearly have -1000 deficit however I am still in the red. What am I not understanding? This was a complete day. IMG_0298.PNG

It appears that you have not set up a 'Daily Activity' goal related to calories burned.

I can't be sure since I can't replicate the "0 daily calorie goal' message in my app that you see on your display.

Thank you, I fixed it!

You're too far under your calorie goal. 1000 does not mean "at least 1000" - you are 777 calories under your goal.  That's the reason for the red.

Isn't it yellow when you are under your goal? It is for me.

Green when I'm on target and red when I'm over.

You can be too low and be red in my experience.
