How often should you weigh? Some say they weigh everyday, some once a week.

@SunsetRunner gave pretty much the same answer I would give.  It depends on you.  I've done both and have been successful with both.  If you are going to weigh daily you have to not let it control your mood as natural fluctuations are normal.  You neither gain or lose 2 or 3 pounds overnight.  Woman Happy

As much you personally prefer, if knowing that the trend is what matters most between the weigh ins and not letting the number determine your mood.

 

If the goal is getting leaner, daily weigh in can lead to faster results as knowing going to step on the scale next day, less likely to have that candy (or stopping with having one as treat, thinking twice about a second one..) when hungry, or having something more nutritious (like a piece of fruit).
